The Witcher Season 2 is finally here, after a long wait. The date was revealed during today’s WitcherCon livestream, and it places the second season two years after the first, which debuted in December of 2019. Season 2 of The Witcher will premiere on Netflix on December 17th, the streaming service announced on Friday at its first-ever WitcherCon.
The Witcher will start where the first season left off, with Geralt and Ciri finally reunited after a season of discovering how their fates could cross each other.
Season 2 of The Witcher will consist of eight episodes.
We heard that the Leshy will be among the monsters featured. In Season 2, Geralt’s story progresses, giving glimpses to his earlier monster-hunting days.
The streaming site announced a new anime film – The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf from the creators of The Legend of Korra.
